Mr.Yagyu ATC system Outline

The main function


1) You must divide endless into some sections and insulate a track electrically.
2) You connect a controller to each section.
3) Controller check the train in its section.
4) When a train is in the section, Section controller tell of one back.
5) When a train is in the back section, back section controller slowdown and stop a train.
6) When a train is not forward in section.Back controller runs a train.

Notes
a) If you make Mr.Yagyu ATC system, you have make one main controller and a controller of the number of the sections. Each controller is controlled by the PIC microcomputer.
b) The detection method of a train is electric current detection. When a train is in the section, rails of a track on either side is connected electrically, section controller recognizes it as a train being. When a train is not in the section, rails of a track on either side is not connected electrically, section controller recognizes it as a train not being.
c) The speed control of a train is PWM control.

The optional functions

For example, there is also following functions in Mr.Yagyu ATC system.
- Controls KATO unitrack electric points automatically.
- Controls Shuttle-train automatically.
- Controls signals.
- Controls crossing signals and crossing gates.
